1. Where are you located?
I am located in Penrith NSW.

2. Do you have a studio space?
No, I specialise in outdoor sessions and photographing events.

4. How many images do I get in my package?
My packages are structured by session times (e.g. 45 minutes). During your session time I take unlimited photos and edit the best to include in your gallery. I remove unflattering images where people are blinking, talking etc.

Generally for a 45 minute family session your gallery will include about 50 images. For a 3 hour event package the gallery usually includes between 300 - 500 images.

5. How long does editing take?
For each session type, I send clients an electronic 'sneak peek' gallery within the week following their shoot.

My turnaround time for family sessions is 4 weeks, for events it is 6 weeks and weddings between 6 to 9 weeks. These turnaround times may alter during peak periods.

6. How do I receive my gallery?
Once I have finished editing your gallery, I will upload your images to a temporary online gallery where you are able to view and download your images. I currently use Pixieset as my gallery hosting service.

I also post you out a USB via mail that contains a high resolution copy of all your images.

You need to make sure that you save a copy of your images as I am not responsible for storing copies of your images. I will try to assist in every situation though.

7. Are you a full-time photographer?
No, photography is a hobby of mine and I have a 9am - 5pm office job. Given this, I often reply to enquiries outside of normal business hours.

I also contract my photography services to another photographer, often for weddings and newborns. I find that this is a great way for me to build more skills and also to capture the best images for our clients.
